“H-Henry...!” She stuttered in a lonely tone as she dragged her feet along the floor as she slowly moved forward to him, opting to move directly into his arms. She felt so cold. She was not aware was not like she was before, not aware she was dead, of how she now appeared before the other. She sought his warmth, the comfort he brought within his embrace.
Her hand dragged along the walls, attempting to keep herself balanced, oblivious to the black stains she was leaving behind. She wanted just to hug him, to hold his hand. “H-Henry...” She called out to him again, as she drew near. Her legs wobbled, as she would attempt to stand on her own, but faltered and fell to her bruised, bloodied knees. He came back...
