Firstly, I am a huge jikook supporter. No other couple captures my attention as much as those two. 💜
Second, out of OT7, do you think there are any other romantic relationships other than Jikook?
I feel in my gut that there is a budding romance between Tae and Jhope. From the “family” outing in London to eat steak. To the family vacation in Hawaii. Tae has confessed his affection to Hobi multiple times. Such as flat out saying he likes Hobi in press conferences and on Vlives. He also called him “honey” in Korean and said “he wants to have Jhope now” in an interview. Not to mention he told Hobi during a Festa that he has been trying to get attention from him for a while.
All that being said, I was wondering if you have noticed any of that too.
Thanks for taking time to read my question. Love your Blog!!
I’ve gotten a few questions about VHope, I see, but this one is one of the more detailed ones.
To be perfectly honest, I haven’t really thought there was much there beyond a friendship that seems to have gotten fuller over time. I have noticed them hanging out and interacting more recently. But I'm a terrible shipper. I can support a thing, if I see it often enough and long enough and in my face enough (hey Jeon-Park house elves, how we doin'?) But I'm just bad at calling flirty moments a thing unless they happen on the regular.
The Hawaii trip so Hobi's family could move there (I heard) and Tae could also vacation with his family was nice, but it was no couples' trip. Was it GCF Tokyo? Nope. But I don’t think that should take away from enjoying them as a pair. I mean, I love love Hobi and I also love Taehyung. I wouldn’t be mad if they ended up together.
For me the problem is chemistry. I’m not saying everyone needs to be jeonparking about, but I haven’t seen enough to say that I think anything beyond friendship is happening there.
Don't get me wrong, I am down for any and all love that happens to bloom, so if J-Tae or V-Hope turns out to be a thing (why does nobody call them J-Tae? I'm calling it. That's my new ship name), good for them, good for them. I'll await updates and further evidence.
