Week 1. No more excuses.
So following [and possibly exceeding slightly] the schedule, I've clocked up 214.8 km. Already, kind of, making excuses for myself the number would have been higher but every Wednesday night, I'm now riding with this disreputable lot.
Given as it's a Fixie group, I've been riding my Fixie and clocking up an unknown number of K [no v-meter on my fixie]. They're actually really nice but it takes a few goes to crack the icy cool exterior - speaking good French helps. Even if you don't speak French though, you could just tag along if you wanted and see some nice French country side - plus there are a couple who speak English if you need!
P.S. Cycling the wrong way round the round abouts is not advised and has been strongly discouraged within the group since the publication of this video.
Week er... 14
So in the last two weeks I've 'clocked up' a grand total of 89 km. There are reasons including injury and the arrival of a friend from London and the fact that my Cat Eye ran out of battery again so it hasn't been counting (even if I've been riding). Also our internet provider has decided to stop just telling us that the internet is working when it isn't, and send a technician around on Thursday. So hopefully my blog should pick up again a bit more soon. SICK OF SCREEN. TIME FOR RIDE.
2594.5 km
Peace.
