Many Good Mornings
@artandbertiebotts
Seamus was asleep. He liked being asleep, particularly when it was nearing two am (although he was fairly partial to four-thirty when he was supposed to be cooking dinner, too). The problem was that sometimes he and Dean’s four year old did not like two am.
Or, even if he was liking two am, his nose decided to erupt into a fountain.
And that was much the same.
Really, Seamus should have understood what was happening faster--but he didn’t.
He was asleep until he heard a little voice whispering, “Da... da... da.” And then, when he opened his eyes, “Help me.”
The kid was absolutely covered in blood. Seamus shrieked and might have launched himself backwards and into Dean.

That depends, are you coming to the country with me?

I am pretty sure that breaks Lily’s rules
(artandbertiebotts) {v. library} Enjoy your chamber ensemble rehearsal. Try not to think about the fact that you're probably going to get me evicted on a noise violation after this morning. Fuck.
@artandbertiebotts
“Damn that took a while, didn’t it?” Seamus snickered. “Guess you might actually have to buy a house or something now, huh? Maybe in the country. Fewer neighbors.”
[artandbertiebotts] (v. library) TXT: I know that you're in the middle of your Classical history class, but I'm spending the morning in department meetings in that conference room where we fucked on the table. So... there's that.

I hope you’re thinking about my dick
@artandbertiebotts Dean 🎩okay ⌚ what play and where
Hey! Just wanted to let you know that Some of the things in the penny dreadful tag are for the librarian tag. I just wanted you to know! Also i loovve the penny dreadful stuff. I haven't watched the show really but I'm going to start.
Ooops! I’m about to go to bed but I’m making a note to go through and double check (and add the title to the stuff with @artandbertiebotts ) tomorrow. Fix that up. Very different verses there!
I’m so glad you like the penny dreadful verse! The TV show is a delight ( even the plots I was nervous about turned out very cool as of Season 2 ) And I hope you enjoy it and keep liking the strange fledgling knock off verse here

Seamus wasn’t sure how a joke had become so semi-serious and it was a little nerve wrecking, honestly.
He had just put in flirty messages because he was bored and someone said the guy was single. It was harmless fun and something to do while pulling and shelving books since Prof Thomas was always requesting things. His phone number (or, rather, a google number tied to a frivolous email address) had just been the obvious escalation.
Seamus hadn’t really expected Dean to text him.
And Seamus certainly hadn’t expected Dean to actually do the mini scavenger hunt. He really expected to swing through the shelves a week or two later and pick up what hadn’t been accidentally found by undergrad students.
Honest, it was a bit weird--but Seamus had started it. And it wasn’t like he could hide behind emoticons anymore.
Most of the time when Seamus played in the cafe, he played revised versions of pop songs or indie songs--whatever seemed to be popular at the time. He did this time, too, up until about ten minutes after he texted Dean where he’d be. Then he pulled out Ernst's Grand Caprice--not likely to be a fan favorite but the chase/pursuit theme seemed all too fitting.
