“That’s hard to believe with a face like that,” Sam smiled charmingly.

“That’s hard to believe with a face like that,” Sam smiled charmingly.
“ i’m fine, i can walk, just give me a minute ”
@mesmusae (Bela) cont. from here.
“Not quite no,” Sam offered a smile despite Bela never having been one of his favorite people, “Speaking of living and breathing. How are you doing that?”
@rebelliousfamily (Ruby) cont. from here.
Sam frowned at the sound of an all too familiar voice. He hadn’t seen Ruby in a long time, long before he went to Hell and came back a little... different than usual. Not to mention Dean wasn’t with him, but instead elsewhere on the fair there were other hunters he worked with now. Family. “Well I am a Hunter. Hunting something. I have more reason to be here than you do,” he told her quite nonchalant.
@paradiseturnedhell (Sam) cont. from here.
“That’s kind of my point,” Sam shrugged and paused oposite the mirror image of himself. The softer version anyway, “Look I get it. I’m a dick. If anyones a monster it’s me yadda yadda. I’m not telling you to not... well, feel. You can’t help it, but you can stop wallowing in self pity and sort out what was really our fault and what we were lead to believe to by others,” he explained, “For someone who’s supposed to be clever, you can be real dumb. The whole Ruby bullshit? She was a good manipulator. She swooped in exactly when we needed someone the most. Both Heaven and Hell was against us. Last I checked, we could do a lot of things, but predict the future wasn’t one of them.”
He paused and thought for a second since that wasn’t exactly correct, “Well you know. Futures that doesn’t involve crazy kids and all that,” he shrugged, studying the dirt under his nails, “Don’t deny it. It was relieving to be soulless for a little while. Get all that guilt off your shoulders for a little while? Hell, Dean set off the 66 seals in the first place and yet we’re the one who had to go to Hell? If anyone should be wallowing in guilt it’s him.”
He paused and smiled at Sam’s words, “It’s called self defense. It’s all I got. Can you blame me? Still. You won, so I don’t see what you’re complaining about now. You had the balls to shoot yourself in the heart. You had more backbone than I expected. You outsmarted me. Not too bad.”
@storiesofthenight (Bobby)
“Don’t shoot.”
Was it a good idea to just go straight up and knock on Bobby’s door with no warning? No phone call. No, ‘hey Bobby guess who’s out of Hell’? No. Of course not. Sam wasn’t an idiot though. He was prepared to make a dive for the bushes if Bobby got trigger happy. He smiled at the thought. Nah, he wouldn’t go bush diving, but he would knock Bobby down a peg if he it was what he had to do to keep his head.

“As far as things that should be left in the past, you’re one of them,” Sam announced as he entered a hotel garage where he had parked the Impala. Having suspected that someone had been keeping an eye on him, he had set up a trap or two. He wasn’t shocked to see that it was a demon, but he was surprised to see Ruby.
“I’m going to need a real good reason for me not to bury your own knife in your throat right now,” he stopped just outside the devil’s trap. The tip of his boots just barely touching the white chalk on the floor. Ruby’s old knife twirling between his fingers. A confident, cold smile on his lips.
