I’m not complaining, per se. It’s more that I’m at least as entertained by the Algorithm’s efforts to figure out what my interests actually are as I am by the content of the resulting recommendations. It’s like asking for media recs from a space alien who honestly wants to help, but whose knowledge of human society is entirely theoretical and includes some very peculiar ideas about what humans like.
