Healthy dinner as part of my #vacationdetox the last 2 days my diet went all out the window thanks to on the road drive throughs and family functions that we rarely have. Making small and easy choices will set you on thr path to success. Here I've shredded a roasted whole chicken I purchased from the grocery store (my go-to when im working full days back to back) and added that to a pot of cooked quinoa pasta with marinara and low fat mozzarell cheese.
