So my husband and I get in the car to head to the zoo, he picks up his phone, thumb hovering over the screen, and says (with absolutely no hint of sarcasm), “ok so would you rather listen to Neil deGrasse Tyson discuss cosmic queries, where people call in and ask questions about the universe, or would you rather listen to him discuss vaccines?”

The terminology for vaccinations is very violent, in the US it’s a shot in the U.K it’s a jab. D’you ever notice that?

I just learned that my mom thinks vaccines cause autism.

All I can say is I’m glad this whole anti-Vacination trend didn’t gain traction untill after i was vaccinated. Does this count as a near death experience? lmao.
