for fucks sake i found out about darth vader just now

when i was about 7 or 8 y/o my brother watched a star wars clip on the computer and i imitated darth vader's ugly breathing and my brother paused the video and looked me in the eyes and really quiet said "do you know why darth vader wears a mask?" and when i said that he burned his face my brother shaked his head really sad and goes "no... he wears it because his face is worms. only worms. in the movies they say if he takes it off then all the worms keep falling out and they are the only thing alive under that costume." and i cried and couldn't sleep for weeks but never questioned it and never watched a star wars movie.

It is the Vader Helmet

The holes on the side of the object match the mask in the second picture (which was from The Force Awakens Trailer). It is clearer that it is the mask in a few of the high-def gifs floating around, though none of them would upload here. 

As the object spins, you can see the prominence of the back of the helmet and then coming around to the side of it (which is what is pictured above). The mask is old and falling apart, but it has a similar shape to the one pictured in The Force Awakens. They are not destroying the actual mask, just the podium,  but I wanted to make it clear that IT IS THE MASK in this shot. 

And look at the last picture: it is literally the SAME SHAPE as the object in the picture above it. 

For the last picture, I flipped the trailer mask, though it looks slightly different around the eye area since the second shot of the mask straight on shows that the right-hand side is smashed upwards. This matches the reversed shot from the trailer.

Who knows if she is going to stab the mask with the knife or not afterward.

All I know is that it is definitely Vader’s Mask.

I see people (one people in particular) always post cute bedtime photos. Maybe one day I will be brave enough to post a CPAP picture.
