So guys, I went out for my birthday dinner tonight assuming it was just me and my boyfriend...but 20 of my closest and dearest friends showed up. It was incredible. But then they gave me my gift (a total surprise) - and they all pitched in for this. The most beautiful bespoke custom lightsaber. I mean I cant say enough how gorgeous it is. It's not one of those plastic Disney custom ones - it's an actual straight from the set design. Gorgeous metal hilt, properly weighted, with incredible settings and sounds (similar to Kylos blade) with a lovely purple hue. It pulses and vibrates on impact and has two settings: one in traditional Luke style, and another for Kylos sounds.
Honestly, its the most gorgeous thing. They designed it for my grip, my height. I was wondering why the fuck everyone has been so interested in asking me Star Wars questions for like a year. It took a good six months to have made; and a good 30 or 40 people put money towards it
It's the most beautiful thing in the world. I'm so, so grateful and pleased, and wanted to share it with you all
