I know I’m a few days late, but in honor of the Val documentary’s release in theaters I wanted to post this piece from a few months back. I’m so tired of seeing media belittle people, specifically actors, for aging. The majority of people you see that have aged in obvious ways accomplished way more in their youths than the people who make fun of them for their appearance later in life. Val Kilmer is one of them. With that said, I hope Mr. Kilmer is having a wonderful day, and I hope he knows how many laughs, tears, and smiles he has brought all of us fans over the years.
