11. Bad or petty habits

Aljfds sadly Servyn doesn’t have enough self respect/worth to be petty, but a very bad habit of his is over apologizing and over thanking someone for basic things like paying him for work he’s done, or if he makes one tiny mistake, he’ll apologize profusely and try way too hard to fix it... And if people tell him to stop being so apologetic, he apologizes for it 😔

12. Grudges and vendettas

Servyn doesn’t have much anger for those who have wronged him personally (going back to the lack of self worth thing) but very soon (the next chapter, actually!) he does develop a vendetta for the slavers who captured him--not because of what they’ve done to him, but from talking to other slaves on the ship, and what wonderful people they are, and if they could only be set free, they would have their old lives back (which he does follow through with!)
