The Drama Behind Valid ID's

Today I accomplished two things: Getting my brother his student's permit and confirming that my drug tests are negative. 

I also learned one thing: If you spent the whole day in that underground-ish LTO Licensing Office in San Juan you'd be tempted to get a fixer too. Now I know how to find and talk to one by the way. 

I think it can be considered a miracle if you're able to finish your application and claim your id's in one day. I've yet to get my miracle. 

Sheesh.
