riot. buff harbor. he has such a good kit like smokes that are a) walls and b) move (and i think they slow too??), his giant phoenix-like wall that slows and is great for map control + his bulletproof orb. and his ult is literally a giant geyser that concusses opponents. like dude. that's pretty good. but nobody's picking him because he isn't a good solo controller + his util doesn't do much damage. maybe something like a viper wall buff (maybe not decay but waterlogged?? or something similar to a kj ult that lasts for 3 seconds) or kay/o knife could be so good and make players more likely to pick him because he actually makes kills easier. literally anything that would make him a better solo controller. please riot, i'm begging you.
