I drew this thinking about how funny it is that Beta would probably make a terrible vampire. Or at least a very unconventional one. Extremely careful, always trying to be gentle, and feeling awful if his bite causes even the slightest bit of pain. Holding you in his lap, you’d have him profusely apologizing while giving you little comforting kisses

Beta slowly approaches you, never breaking eye contact.

“Let me see,” he whispers, taking your hand firmly, as if somehow preventing you from escaping.

An unsettling glow falls across your face as his pink eyes rest on you and examine the small wound on your hand.

“Poor thing…” he says sweetly, but his pupils dilate and he squeezes your wrist tighter.

Then gently kisses your palm.
