Vampire!Jabber eats other vampires not out of guilt or anything, fellow vampires just give a better fight. Unlike other vampires, Jabber enjoys meeting up with vampire hunters. Treating it more like a game. Hunters prefer keeping Jabber alive since he regularly feeds on other vampires. Choosing to slow him down over smiting him.

So in any encouter with a hunter Jabber is begging to be attacked. Usually Jabber has to hold back to enjoy fighting hunters. Jabber only gains an obsession with a particular when he sees the potential in Zanka Nijuku. A holyman from a long line of infamous Hunters who could cut Jabber's head clean off, but seemed to be holding back for sone reason.

Whatever insecurities brought Zanka to religion are keeping Jabber from the fight he's truly hungry for.

You always knew something was weird about jabber not because of how he acts it's because he would never be awake when it was morning time and he wouldn't go with you outside what it was day but he wouldn't mind going in the night, you was suspicious of him and how he acts, you never asked why he acts like that.

You was in your room and Jabber knocked on your door, you told him to come in cause you was just reading on your bed, Jabber comes into your room and he had a big ass smile on his face you just knew he was gonna be on some bullshit by the way he was smiling "Why are you smiling like that?" you asked him looking up from your book "I got you something!" he said yelling for no reason, you roll your eyes knowing he was going show you something as dumb as a single grain of rice and expect you to be shocked and surprised

and as you suspected he opened his hands just show you an orange seed, you looked him "Wow a single seed, you're so generous." you said being sarcastic with a deadpan expression on your face "Yeah i know i'm generous." Jabber said, clearly taking pride in that one seed.
