Mine mine mine

Rusty, the least civilized vampire among my OCs – rushing to get some warm-blooded creature before his mates (even less civilized than him) will precede him.

I was only going to sketch a little sketch about how vampires teeth may look like (I didn't know I'm drawing Rusty before I finished...). You see, I don't like the traditional way of drawing vampire attack – when he bare his teeth like some silly smiling beaver… To me it doesn't look scary at all :-( And it's not even logical, actually. Shape of our human skull and teeth is designed to bite off and chew – and not to pierce and suck as in vampires. Having longer and sharper fangs - doesn't solve the whole problem either. So I imagined my vampires to have their teeth going slightly forward right before the attack, like in sharks or poisonous snakes

The red-eyed monster that had killed so many people that I'd stop counting their numbers. Rationalized, justified murders. A killer of killers, a killer of other, less powerful monsters. It was a god complex, I acknowledged that - deciding who deserved a death sentence. It was a compromise with myself. I had fed on human blood, but only by the loosest definition. My victims were, in their various dark pastimes, barely more human than I was.

The picture might look a bit weird because it lacks some important shadowing - I can't help the fact that vampires DO NOT cast shadow🤨Yet it turned out to look interesting when a vampire lurks from the darkness: not having shadow he might look like he was one with darkness, a part of the shadow himself... When engulfing his prey😋

Brutal winds follow close on my heels, Thunder and lightning joining the crusade. Fluorescent lights paint the night sky, Rings of orange, yellow, and red.

A vortex of horror in unending circles Makes its way to the small town of Oasis, Where I will be waiting with a sword in hand, Secure in the knowledge Wolf won’t win.

The time has come for the showdown. Time has slowed to a halt. We raise our weapons above our heads, Waiting for evil to make its final appearance.

Wolf has been given a new body, But I recognize his deadly soul. A new package for an old one Does not change the battle to be won.

Our games have just begun.
