The Fluid of Life - a Moribund fan poem

Living with thirsts I can not bare,

A body like a moonlit trap,

A fragile mind carelessly wrapped

Under constant terminal care.

Medicament

He has told me I should be aware

Of a cure not outside our scope.

I know he meant it as a word of hope.

Instead of hope it brings me scare.

Sânge

What will that drink do to me?

Will I live with all the shame?

Or will it make me more and more crave?

With which idea will my nature agree?

Lacrimi

I feel it deeply in my blood.

What will cure me. What I need to drain.

But if I ever take it away

There's no way to give it back.

Viața

Against my teeth I hold the key.

The taste of the life I was deprived.

The ticket to freedom for which I strive.

But what price I'll pay for being free?

Here's a little fan poem of me inspired by Moribund by @deadeyedfae. Not gonna lie, that was the first time I actually felt myself in the protagonist of a trans comic. I'm excited about the future pages.
