Maybe to keep with the whole werewolf thing, perhaps Prowl is a vampire?

He has long mastered how to control the urge to feed on his fellow bots. He still feels that need to bite something which brings him to his second solution, energon goodies. There're sweet and satisfying chewy, perfect to keep that pesky biting urge in check. Though he can't be perfect all the time.

Energon shortages are the most dangerous time to be around Prowl. Sure he will try and fight to keep his primal instincts in check but the longer he grows hungry the worse they get. One time Ratchet had caught Prowl feeing on an electro-rat which made the medic a little uneasy. Electro-rats have been known to carry rust and other illnesses which meant Prowl was dragged off the bay after getting caught. That wouldn't be a problem normally but after the incident it seemed Springer had seen the whole thing, and started to copy his carrier as he too begin to hunt the rats. Though in Springer's case that was for a different reason.

However once the energon returns and the shortages are no more both Prowl and Springer return back to their usual routine and stop going after the critters around base. For Jazz however, he still hunts them but is far better at not getting caught.

Would vampire Prowl and Jazz have children？Maybe tbeir kids are hybrid vampires？

In several verses they do have children, twins Stepper and Bluestreak. XB and yes they are dhampires, human/vampire hybrids. At some point Jazz is also turned though not into a full vampire.

How did prowl become a vampire？He became vampire before.he met Jazz or after he met Jazz？Could you please tell us somethings about the whole storyline？

The storyline is different depending on the 'verse. Except for two so far he always becomes a vampire before meeting Jazz, and in the magical girl AU and the SG AU, he becomes a vampire after meeting Jazz. (In the magical girl AU they are betrothed since Jazz was a newborn).

The general "basics" which are more or less the usual background of how he becomes a vampire is that he becomes one during the fall of Praxus. He is often turned against his will or without his consent by Shockwave who is Prowl's biological father in these verses. Shockwave saves Prowl from death by turning him when he's mortally wounded in the defense of Praxus. Shockwave inherits the power of the first vampire by ripping out one of his eyes and plugging the crystalized orb of blood of the first Vampire (Dai Atlas) in that eye socket. (Hence why he will wear an eyepatch from then on. He's based on the Senator Shockwave from MTMTE.)

Amongst vampires they are known as primordials because they share on the characteriatics of the first vampire, able to walk freely under sunlight, not prey to bloodlust and unaffected by "holy" or other known weaknesses of vampires.

His family is essentially Shockwave, his adoptive brother Soundwave and him as the only 3 primordials.

From then on the stories can vary depending on what AU it is. For example in Knightformers when Jazz is Iacon's newly crowned queen Prowl has lived for centuries already. In SG, Prowl becomes a vampire after his beloved Jazz is burned at the stake and she reincarnates centuries later.

But the principles of his powers and vampirism are esentially the same.

Prowl and Jazz as they appear in @rizobact 's fics written for me. And essentially what any "modern" version of them looks like.

Any other verses follow pretty much the Prowl becomes a vampire during the fall of Praxus and meets Jazz centuries later.

And for the fic "On the Floor" (in AO3) I haven't decided or made it a point to make him a vampire yet. XB we shall see!

I was going to sketch out @rizobact ‘s Prowl and Jazz from her Howarts AU but I realized I actually started drawing my versions so I’ll check with her what she envisions later on. In the meantime I decided to turn the sketch into a better look at Detectiverse Prowl. Even in his ‘human’ form Prowl’s eyes have a faint glow most people don’t really notice other than how bright his eyes seem to be. 

And I drew the sunglases he wears when he is driving. He used to wear some unremarkable sunglasses not unlinke anyone else’s at the precinct until Jazz likely got him the ones he’s wearing here. They are a very very dark metallic red. Also drew his vampire eyes and how they look behind the shades. The vest was totally inspired by the Scion Hanzo skin.
