I just got the best idea for monster au laitocat
Toshiro is a vampire so he lives alone for so long. I think he likes to travel and just see nature. I like the idea that he meets cat in like the 80s or earlier maybe. they fall in love. he wants to turn her into a vampire (they aren't a couple, he just jumps to the big commitment because of course he does). He kinda chickens out asking her tho. then she dies before he can ask (she get murdered or something im not sure yet).
then she gets raised from the dead by someone. She searches far and wide to find him. after they find each other they start hanging out.
then maybe laios is like a paranormal investigator who got turned into a werewolf. so laios is trying to find people like him. then he find cat and Toshiro
