ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH TOSHIRO NAKAMOTO
Falling behind by Laufey ( I picked this song because my mutual amaianita)
Another anniversary has come. Idk what drew me to toshiro. At first I felt kinda neutral towards toshiro, like “ yeah, he’s a character from a show I like”. But something changed. Maybe it’s because I was learning more and more about the show. I just started wanting to know more about toshiro! I found he was such a complex character. He wasn’t the one note “villain” the fandom painted him as. Yes he had faults but he had so many good moments as well. When I saw toshiro I saw a person that just wanted someone to just care about them. He felt so lonely. So I just wanted to give him all the love I could. If the fandom wouldn’t do it I would, because toshiro deserved it.
For my Laios anniversary I said that Laios was like a kindred spirit, I saw that in toshiro too. Both of them got me through a darkish time in my life. Specially with Toshiro I related to a lot of aspects of his backstory.Seeing him kinda made me feel strong enough to face my own struggles. Obviously they aren’t the exact same but you know what I mean. It might seem dumb but I am extremely grateful that I found him.
I also want to thank my incredible mutuals. I’ve been able to get close with a lot of you guys. You all mean so much to me. I wish I could see each one of you and thank you myself but that would take a while.
