Review/critique/say about the writer:
Vitavili is a versatile writer. She has works in 1st and 3rd person, long stories, one-shot stories, happy ending stories but the main constant in her stories is angst… and smut, I’d probably add smut.
Her longest work is Unbroken heart which is composed of Between US and Behind Us. It is a very long angst rollercoaster. She is a writer that cares about her readers: she likes to pamper them, tells them sweet nothings in the ear and then, she throws them to hell. Then she picks her readers up and pampers them again with sweet fluffy moments… only to throw them to a hell pit again. And so forth. (YES, YOU DO MISSY!). Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t say it in a bad way. She does a good job keeping her stories balanced and interesting.
Not everything is like that though, while she has a very special love for angsty stories, she is versatile in her writing. She likes to tell lovely and sweet stories, funny stories and recently started a Mafia AU which is a 360 degree flip compared to her longest work. She is another writer that creates her own characters gives them a personality and fits them well in the story. She is a writer I definitely visit when I’ve stumbled on what I call ‘dark’ YOI fic and I need my doze of love and sweetness, and she gives you just the right doze, never too much… generally with some smut cherry on the top lol!
In addition to that, she is a very responsive (except lately when she was in a bit of a hiatus writing her thesis). Like I mentioned before, she really cares about her readers, keeps them updated, communicates, jokes and overall is a very humble lady who likes to be approached and takes the time to answer and thank her readers. She is also a fast writer and throws updates very often (sometimes would even throw updates 2 or 3 times a week) when not in hiatus like now.
So, whenever you get a chance, check any of her stories and better, give her a visit and don’t hesitate to say hi or leave her a comment or critique, she drinks them with tea.
