I am in yet another Louis de Pointe du Lac shift :') so I guess just wanna say. Lestat, my love, I'm so sorry for everything that happened between us. I'm sorry for all the fights we had over the years and that it took me so long to realize that Armand had manipulated me. I miss you more than you know. I know we had our problems but I really, truly love you. I hope you're doing well. maybe we'll meet again one day. I really hope we will. this time I will be kinder and more understanding and slower to anger. I feel like every time I sit down to write something to/about you, it just ends up turning into an apology. which is fair. there's a lot of stuff I regret doing. but at the end of it all, I hope you know how much I love you. One thing I like about following this blog is being able to see sourcemates talking about things. It's nice sometimes just knowing people are out there, that we exist now, navigating lives in this world. I hope they're doing well. It's comforting in a way even if I don't talk to many fictionkin people these days. Upset that I have such a hard time learning languages. Learning a lot of things really, due to focus and memory issues. A lot of it is missing knowledge in general but tonight just slid home how much I miss being multilingual in particular. I could understand all of his messages to an extent when sent in french but i couldn’t respond in kind and i wished so badly i could have. - Louis de Pointe du Lac #mercifulmournful
