Ophelia Manor (Gothic Mansion NO CC) Fit for a rich Vampire Family / makeover of the Goths' home

Get HERE (Dropbox, unzip and put it in your tray folder, please activate MOO first) or on the Gallery (my Origin ID is tallyx90).

No CC, you WILL need Get Together, Spooky Stuff (mainly for wood and paintings) and Kids Stuff to get the right look. There are also decorative items from Get to Work, Romantic Garden and Dine Out but you probably won't miss them too much if you don't have those packs.

Personal notes: I made this Goth home makeover some time back but didn't share it on tumblr. Though there are some good build/buy elements coming out soon in Vampire Stuff (I don't know when I can afford it though), I wasn't impressed with the buildings so much (at least the ones I saw) so this might be useful. I'm not sure the skulls from the Day of the Dead challenge will transfer, sorry!

Information:

- Price: 325,141 Simoleons - Lot Size: 30x20 (I have it placed in the Goth place in Newcrest, but it would also fit nicely in Windenburg or Forgotten Hollow) - Playtested (completed the Dia de los Muertos on it) - Floors: 3 (+ basement) Bedrooms: 3 Bathrooms: 5 - Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, dining and living room; study/library; 2 bathrooms - 1st Floor: Master bedroom (+ ensuite bathroom), Teenager room+bathroom (purple, originally for Cassandra), Child's room with nursery corner (could be turned into toddler corner) and bathroom - 2nd Floor: Entertainment room (llama game, darts, bar, etc), 1/2 bathroom. - Basement: Artist Studio. Potentially there is  a small room on the 3rd floor, you would just have to place stairs to go there. Maybe you can make it a nice vampire hideout.
