Van Ogre is the one I hate the least, but its just cuz he hasn't done anything but shoot some birds down and also i like snipers. But still..kill on sight. I think Doc Q serves as some kind of symbolism in the crew; he's a doctor but he's always sick. Bb has decent ideals but does horrible shit anyways. Its like bro I thought u were [this good thing] but you're actually [the opposite to of that, basically]. Something like that. Idk.

        The sniper of the Blackbeard Pirates, Van Auger has nearly unparalleled sniping skills. Presumably the only one who might surpass him is Yasopp. He is a man who strongly believes in fate, luck, and destiny. He seems to believe that everything happens the way it does for a purpose. His past and general reasons for becoming a Blackbeard Pirate are a mystery.
