I agree with your opinion on "gaysualizing" and the fact the Tumblr always goes too far. But I think in the role of Max, it's not really that she's queer but more so player preference. Like.. I didn't kiss Chloe at all (even though I was actually saving myself for Kate even though it turns out you couldn't :'I) and the only romance I had was with Warren so that would make her straight in my universe I guess. Hah, hope I said this right.

Yeah I get it, it all changes based on a players game (like the developers said, characters will be different in everyone’s game), which is really good as it means everyone is right when discussing their sexualities as it will be different for everyone, eg in your game she’s with Warren, in someone else’s she might be with Chloe etc
