- eddie lived a normal life before venom: spending years, working as the head journalist at the daily globe and dating gwen stacy. he was a normal happy guy. most of his success was a result of his work on the sin eater articles, interviews and accounts with an infamous new york serial killer
- when spider-man brought the real sin eater to justice, peter parker at the daily globe exposed brock as a fraud. everything eddie had worked for came tumbling down. the daily globe fired him on the spot. gwen was pressured into breaking up with him. brock’s friends all turned their back on the ex-reporter. he had no one.
- that all changed on the night he met venom. eddie was walking home from gwen’s when a black oily substance made contact with him before disappearing. it was a simbiote (klyntar). the pair would spend the next several days acclimating to the simbiote/host lifestyle. they came to an agreement that they would do what they could to protect the neighborhood and protect the innocent - as if to emulate spider-man if that’s what gwen wanted. they filled the role of a typical anti-hero, only eating bad guys.
- everything changed the night gwen stacy died. when eddie learned the circumstances of his death and how exactly spider-man was involved, something snapped inside of brock. the goofy good guy seemed to disappear, giving way to rage and revenge. the pair began to plot our the next attacks on spider-man, learning everything there was to learn about peter parker.
- they’re planning on using the excitement of the missing mutants to shift the focus from eddie/venom and onto whoever is behind the disappearances so he can exact his revenge on spider-man.
- eddie’s a pretty reserved guy, unsure of who he can trust anymore. his new life with venom has made him a little more cold and calloused. underneath all of that is a same sweet guy who used to show up early at the daily globe. venom reflects his true nature, the pair of them always throwing jokes back and forth.
- venom is quick to fire and always wanting a fight but eddie tries to think everything through. even after his breakdown with gwen and peter, brock refuses to allow any harm to innocent life. he’s still human! he has a strong bond with venom, willing to go great lengths to save the simbiote and vice versa.
- eddie and venom live alone in their small nyc apartment, distancing themselves from any social circles as to avoid any trouble with the law or spider-man. under the radar.

harley studied pshycology before she met the joker, everything was normal in her life but even if that was true, since she was a kid, deep inside she had a dark mind, even if it was hidden.
when she met the joker in the asylum, she just fell in love with him or thought that it was love and he was able to bring out the crazy and dark part of her and that’s how harley quinn appeared becoming one of the most dangerous criminals in gotham.
she has been with the joker creating chaos eveywhere, however, even if she followed him because she felt love toward him, that doesn’t mean that he treated her right, no, on the opposite, he used to treat her really bad and eventually they broke up, he just dumped her and that didn’t really suit her well but she just decided to move on.

jean grey is an omega leval mutant with vast empathetic and telepathic abilities that were traumatically awakened when witnessing the fatal accident of her best friend. she was 10 when this happened and was never the same the same since. now unable to control her powers and in an withdrawn state, she isolated herself from the world.
for several years after this, jean was seen by professor xavior for ‘treatment’ but he too was obviously a mutant. over time he taught her how to use her powers but after her subconscious had reached out to scott, barriers were put up by charles until he felt she was ready to use them. this made her bitter as she found out.
after enrolling her in his school for gifted youngsters, she joined the x-men as one of the first founding members. she went by the alias marvel girl and trained together with the other 4 members in the danger room. she still works with them today.
during this time jean developed a crush on scott summers we been knew, :rollingeyeemoji: even if they don’t get along 24/7. the bond she shares with him will be eternal and no one will ever be like him.
time displaced jean doesn’t happen so we shall ignore that comic !
after jean graduates from xaviers school she enrolls in metro college, now only working part-time with the x-men but missed working with her teammates. after awhile she was able to return as a full member and confessed her luv for scott. how romantic KFJNFKF. at this time charles also gave her full control of her powers.
when the x-men disbanded for a short period of time, jean started a new modeling job. it went pretty well but didn’t last long as she was quickly reunited with her teammates to fight mesmero and magneto and helped charles the whole time in secret to stop the invasion.
while on a mission in space with the fantastic four and the new x-men team, they had to escape back to earth in a shuttle during a solar radiation storm, and offered to pilot. while piloting the radiation was too much and jean began to succumb to its lethal effects. but instead of dying, she merged with the phoenix force in order to keep her and her teammates safe. during this, she fell into a coma from her injuries and was cocooned while the phoenix delivered its promise on getting her and her teammates back to earth safely.
but instead of waking, jean was trapped at the bottom of the ocean in the cocoon and the dark phoenix was quick to take over. we all know she did some ugly ass shit but she did not destroy a whole planet of people! she just caused a lot of chaos and after finally coming back to herself, she realizes she wouldn’t be able to control the phoenix force and sacrificed herself in order to save the world basically. death number 1 for jean.
during the time of her death she was in the white room, during this time jean came to terms with what she did after being confronted by death itself, and together the two created houses for the souls that had fallen to the dark phoenix. during this time he explains to her she’s meant to be the phoenix and she should live and learn once more how to control it after she is forced to experience her destruction once more.
still in the cocoon, jean rejects the phoenix due to being unable to handle the horrible pain the dark phoenix had caused. also, the madelyne pryor storyline does not happen here i do not like it ty!
the avengers are actually the one to find jean at the bottom of the ocean and return her back to the x-men. when she returns to them, she at first has no recollection of what happened with the phoenix force. with their help though she’s able to remember.
she comes back to a world full of anti-mutant sentiment that had risen while she was gone, and very confused as to why they were working with magneto.
p much after that she just continues to work with the x-men in a variety of issues and continues to work on her powers i don’t feel like typing all of it LMAO.
i will say that the whole floating on a asteroid and logan trying to kill jean so she doesn’t die a slow death is v sweet to me but she kept coming back bc of the phoenix force LMAO. they return to earth fine though and she is killed when xorn blasts her w an electromagnetic pulse. she died in scotts arms it was v sad but she told him she understood and wanted him to live on. some sad shit. death number 3 for jean.
she comes back to life again thanks to the phoenix force but it tries to go evil again ( we aren’t surprised ) and once again logan had to kill her several times and finally after returning to life she came back as herself and froze herself in ice to prevent any harm. death 2085059 for jean.
binch returned once more when she was melted out of the ice and for once and for all put the phoenix force in its place but it tried to turn her evil again. but with the help of emma and the cuckoos they were able to stabilize it and she returns to the white room to become one with the phoenix and grow. so death again?????
after all this shit happens she becomes the acting head mistress of xaviers school and essentially runs the place. now she’s working with the others to figure out why mutants / superhumans are disappearing all over the city and she’s not happy about it.

Personality and relationships
Pietro is a flirt, a troublemaker and a lil shit. He can be very blunt and uses humor and bitterness to hide his trauma.
He’s stubborn and overconfident, ready to take a challenge even when his enemies are far stronger than him.
He’s very protective of Wanda, the only family he has left. The twins have always been close, and the successive tragedies in their lives only brought them closer.
Pietro works with the Avengers, but he isn’t close to many of them. He might joke with nearly everyone and flirt with half the people he meets, but he rarely trusts someone. When that happens, though, his loyalty can hardly be shaken.
Stealing from the rich or from big companies to give to everyday people (or just to himself) is one of his favorite past times. He’s made some contacts thanks to his illegal activities, but he’s not organized or formal about it in any way.
Backstory
Pietro’s backstory mostly matches the MCU version.
He was born in Sokovia, where he spent his childhood with Wanda and their parents. Both Pietro and his sister had latent powers that wouldn’t fully manifest until much later in their lives.
The twins are mutants, adopted by their sokovian parents. They grew up not knowing that their biological father is Erik Lehnsherr, aka Magneto.
When the twins were 10, a mortar shell hit their family home, killing their parents. Pietro and Wanda were hiding under the bed when a second missile hit, but didn’t go off. The twins stayed hidden, a few feet from the shell, until they were rescued two days later. During all that time, they stared at the shell, fearing it would go off. On it, they could read “Stark Industries”. The episode left Pietro scarred for life, with a profound despise for the Stark name.
Pietro and Wanda were later radicalized, rioting against American forces and their heros, notably Tony Stark and the Avengers. They were manipulated by HYDRA and became test subjects of Wolfgang von Strucker. The tests developed Pietro’s superspeed ability.
The twins were manipulated by both HYDRA and Ultron, but ended up realizing that they were fighting for the wrong side. They joined the Avengers, though Pietro doesn’t really feel like a part of the team. He can work well with them, and actually trusts some of them, but he’s still hurt and wary.
Around that time, the twins found HYDRA files about them and their origins, revealing that they were both mutants. Pietro was in a bit of a shock with two particular lines in his file: “Father: Lehnsherr, Erik. Siblings: Maximoff, Wanda. Dane, Lorna”. He had never imagined his family going beyond his twin and his adoptive parents, and he is still trying to figure out what that means for him and Wanda.

anna was born mostly in an attempt by her parents to fix their deteriorating marriage after getting married so quickly into their relationship.
not long after anna was born her parents were recruited into a nature loving commune (cult) whose goal was to reach a native american mythological dreamland, where the rules of the physical world no longer applied.
something went wrong with the ritual and her mom along with the commune vanished.
her dad, not knowing where else to turn went to his wife’s sister, carrie, to help him raise her.
it was a strict upbringing, since her aunt didn’t want her to repeat the mistakes of her mother, but the whole unattainable aspect of her made her desirable to most of the boys in town.
eventually she fell in love with one boy in particular, cody.
the night they shared their first kiss, anna’s first kiss ever, she developed her power to absorb the life energy and psyche of others with skin-to-skin contact and left the boy in a lifelong coma.
after the other townsfolk discovered her abilities they ambushed her home with torches and guns.
her father fought off the mob while she ran off into the swamplands. not long after this is when she ran into raven darkholme, the mutant known as mystique, who took her in as her own daughter.
in time mystique turned rogue's loneliness, envy, bitterness, and despair into anger, using that to get her to join the brotherhood of evil mutants.
rogue fought with the brotherhood for a while before she turned to the x-men, more specifically charles xavier, to help her with the effects of her powers. since absorbing people’s life energy also had her absorb their memories and it was essentially overloading her own mind.
after this the professor invited her into the x-men, even though the others were weary about her joining the team. eventually she was welcomed
she still struggles to keep her powers in check at times and the trauma of putting people in the hospital because of them has her usually wearing body-concealing clothing that eliminates the possibility of accidental skin contact but she’s learned to deal, even choosing to become a mentor for younger mutants.

tho after her father found out she was having an affair with one of her teachers, she dipped and basically made her own wealth, using a mix of charm and telepathy to climb the ladder of the business world
emma also exposed an affair her father was having and because of this he was…. impressed…. weird flex but ok — and asked her to be his heir but she basically told him to kick rocks bc she wanted nothing to do w him
this is when the hellfire club approached her to become a member
emma helped them work toward their goal of economical and political world domination
tho w the use of her telepathy she found out that their actual intention was to get rid of all mutants and she flipped her mf lid and worked w seb shaw (who was a fellow mutant) to take over the hellfire club and rename it the inner circle
after this the inner circle was basically mutant dominated and emma eventually started recruiting young mutants in the hopes of their abilities serving the inner circle. this team was called the hellions
i’m just gonna let y’all know there are few people in this world that emma would give her life for and her lil team of hellions is 1000000000% high up on that list. she LOVES instructing them
tho of course my girl gets paid dust and after this time travelling fuck, trevor fitzroy, basically throws emma into a coma and kills a majority of those on the hellions
emma’s mind was still active and her body was kept at the x-mansion after this
her lil school, the mass. academy was absorbed into xavier’s, and once emma was brought to consciousness she realized this was probably the right decision all along. she also broke down when she learned what had happened to her hellion bbs. i’m Emo
she started training a new team of mutant bbs called generation x and here they learned how to be the next generation of x-men basically
tho the mass. academy closed its doors after a sentinel attack that lost her some students, and had emma kill her own sister due to revenge adrienne frost was trying to get on her sister. this is also when emma learned of her secondary mutation which is her organic, unbreakable diamond form
emma joined the xmen. most resented her but emma found a friend in beast and had a big fat crush on scott summers.
at one point she was assassinated by a former pupil who shot her in her diamond form but in a weak spot. she pretty much shattered and it took a lot of work on beast’s part to put her back together, and she was brought back to life by jean.
later she and scott became the two co-headmasters of the school and began tutoring a group called the hellions squad once a rule was put in effect for xavier’s students to break into smaller teams. she continued to serve as an x-men during this time. not many of those on the team trusted her due to her villainous past however scott, logan, and beast trusted and believed in her and that’s all she cared about tbh
