Cobra Kai writers never beating the " they can't write women for shit" allegations cause what you mean Carmen and her baby almost died and instead of johnny staying with her they write carmen saying no you go and win this dumbass karate torment . The men being away also would have been a great time to see more of carmen and amanda existing and bonding without the narrative being around their husband lives 24/7 but instead we rather write scenes for stingray or some other side character who bring nothing to the series ......
