all of them! at once! so I can reference them! if you're interested in any of my design choices, see below

I was kind of just winging it lol. If they appeared in visual form at some point, I tried for some to make them reminiscent of the actor. Otherwise it was free-reign.

Theta: I wanted to make him look like he goes outside. Very sunny. Catlike and a little feminine. Ever so blond. 2nd tallest.

Koschei: A bit anemic! He was so grey before I stuck and overlay on him that it was creepy lmao. His bowl cut has grown a little more tasteful. He's supposed to be a little sharp (shapewise). He's the 2nd shortest.

Ushas: I wanted her to be very mature and put-together. She is very smart in appearance and demeanor. Wears lipstick. Braid for lab safety because her hair is so long. Tallest.

Jelpax: I wanted someone who looked like he'd wear a turtleneck. I was hesitant to give him glasses, bc I feel like time lords would look down on someone not loomed with 20/20 vision, but his face felt empty lol.

Drax: He looks nothing like his actor, but I figure he'd've regenerated by that point. I wanted him to look a bit like a frat guy. Shortest.

Mortimus: Based off his actor from the time meddler serial. Full of whimsy.

Millennia: I just needed the nicest-looking person ever. Kind eyes, big curly hair, soft eyebrows. She's my fav lol. Taller than Rallon.

Rallon: I really like the "generic guy x absolute goddess of a woman" trope so. here's generic guy! I tried to make him look like someone who'd die first in a horror movie. I swear I like him!

Magnus: He's dissociating in the back lol. I basically recolored one of my old brax ideas and made it look a little softer. Needed someone who vaguely looked like they'd like politics.

Vansell: I wanted him to look chill and a little suspicious. Middle part bangs and the weird smirk did just that imo.

If you want to nitpick please do, I lowkey haven't consumed any Deca content besides Divided Loyalties so I'm extremely uninformed lmao

The Time Lord high council called all the renegades back to the Homeworld to fight in the Time War, even going so far as to resurrect some of them and make them soldiers. It must’ve been like one huge fucking Deca reunion. Do y’all think the Borusa at any point saw those bastards altogether again and both his hearts just gave the fuck out

The Deca Zine:

Hello and welcome to the first (to our knowledge) fanzine dedicated to the Deca! The Deca was a concept invented by Gary Russell in his 1999 Past Doctor Adventure, Divided Loyalties, which placed the young Doctor at the Academy as having been in a sort of clique known as 'the Deca' with nine other Time Lords, some who we'd seen before, and some who Gary invented. This idea has spawned an entire sub-fandom of its own — which often overlaps with the Academy Era fandom, complete with fanfiction, memes, video edits, fanart, and so much more!

This project aims to celebrate this fandom, and its subject, in the form of a fanzine. Said fanzine will be available to purchase on our site — please check our FAQ and keep an eye on this Tumblr for more information, including how to contribute and when the zine will be released.

Any profit will go to the charity The Malala Fund.
