the other thing about Vantablack universe (AU where very naive Armand gets a job working for sketchy porn producer Marius) that I'd love to experiment with is like, there's sort of two fanon Armands, right? Like we do tend to baby him a bit because of course like sopping wet traumatized child is part of him, but when he's really feeling himself he's so chaotic and demanding?

So like Vantablack kinda utilizes the innocent and trauma, a cult background, the sort of late bloom as he comes to terms with his own sexuality. BUT! That's only half of Armand!

something i think about all the time is like in Vantablack universe that Marius wants so so so so so badly to be the first person to ever eat Armand out and he makes sure of it!!!!!! idk how many jobs Armand has done before Marius does it, maybe a couple where he's just getting yknow like tied up and whipped and pissed on etc whatever but never lavished like that, or maybe it's NONE, maybe the next time he comes over Marius is like hey let me help you get ready and brings him upstairs into the bedroom and acts like it's the most normal thing in the world and it'll help him relax

the thing about Marius is that in all universes, he's an artist on the inside. and I wonder if he got into this business more innocently, like, he's a pornographer but he wants his films to have artistic integrity, he cares about lighting and set design and aesthetic. his background in art & filmmaking opened a door to cash in on this industry.

but he's also become a bit trapped in the capitalism of it all, like how film industry folks will do a mainstream bullshit film for money so that they can afford to go do indy projects, right? so he's found ways to monetize his interest in filmmaking and also in the human form and he still has to uphold it as a business. (like making sure to have multiple genres & revenue streams at all times, like recording & publishing casting couch videos since he's gonna be doing the interview anyway, might as well!)

so I think there are times he still wants to make something just for himself, and not 100% in a creepy way (maybe like 30% creepy way) but just because sometimes he still wants to feel like an artist and still wants to create things for himself.

and Armand is like, so uniquely & otherworldly beautiful that there's almost an instinct to study him like a bug and admire his form. but at what point does his relationship with Marius become unprofessional, does he realize that being dommed actually helps him focus so much, he’s doing better in school, getting the best sleep of his life, etc. How long before Marius being his manager or employer of sorts evolve to a 24/7 dynamic in which he lets Marius help him with structure and routine ? Does Marius text him to remind him to take his meds, and ask for a selfie with them on his tongue? (does he FaceTime to watch armand swallow them with one of these special drinks?) Does he demand Armand send him pictures of his kitchen to prove the dishes are done? Imagine him asking for a selfie while he’s in class or maybe even wanting to watch live through the webcam on Armand’s laptop to make sure he’s staying hydrated, and Armand is being watched as the drinks it in front of his class?
