This baby lizard on a tree was barely a foot long or about 30 cm and was eyeing us warily as we passed by.

池と陸になってる広いスペース、前はビーバーとかカメがいたと思うんだけど、ミズオオトカゲカルテットの独壇場になってました。

浅いけどその分ガシガシ泳ぎまくってめちゃくちゃ楽しい。ガラスも隔てず、まるまる育った4頭を存分に観察できました。
