I keep forgetting I wanted to share this, but recently on instagram, I’ve been part of a group who is putting together a Tolkien themed pass the brush challenge, and this was my video for it! RIP, my camera quality is shite and you can’t see a lot of the little details well, but it’s always nice to have some fun as Varda (even if my costume is still a work in progress!) I’ll see if I can share the full pass the brush video with everybody when it’s completed!

So guys, let's go! Fantasy world is always like an inexhaustible source for me. That's why I can spend the whole night glueing rhinestones or cutting kilometres of fabric. And so then wear it, inconvenient but breathtakingly. And when it's smth from Tolkien's works, it turns to some kind of special eternal love and adoration.

Ok but actually though, here’s like a photo of the Varda costest I did today, and I was really happy with how it turned out??? For just a test???? This was literally just random stuff in my closet, like when I cosplay her for real I’m going to do a lot more (and like, not have a little moon made of construction paper in the back of my head) but yeah??? I’m really pleased with this, and it’s making me excited to work on this more!

so it's popcult tomorrow and i finally finished my varda cosplay. i absolutely love it and i actually feel beautiful in it and i haven't felt that in a long time so i'm super excited to wear it. (Oh and I'll do a photoshoot in that cosplay so i'll be posting those photos pretty soon too) Come and say hi to me because i can't see without my glasses so i probably wont recognize any of you :'))
