I was injured and away from sports for 3 months but now I'm back. I'm trying to start up slowly but I'm in a hurry. Have to lose weight and improve my stamina. The good thing is that I finally have found the pleasure in focusing in time spent practicing and improving my technique rather than going full speed and focusing on kilometres. The key focus is to try to improve speed without the pulse skyrocketing. My first challenge is due in 2 weeks and my goal is to finish without stressing my body to the max and still make a time close to the one I did two years ago and hopefully go under.
