@ anyone with vasovagal syncope, do u experience heart palpitations right before u faint or should I be concerned that it’s an unrelated heart problem?

I had all intentions of going to Warped Tour today, but my body had other plans. I didn't sleep last night, I was in so much pain, and it was hot. By 9am it was already 80 degrees. I ended up selling my ticket. I'm bummed because there's never going to be another Warped Tour, I couldn't go last year either, and so many good bands were playing. I just couldn't do it though. My body won. I slept all day. Woke up at 7. And I'm getting ready to go back to bed. I found a position on the couch that alleviates a bit of the pain. 🎊HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO 🎊 I know it can be hard to celebrate, especially in a time like what we are going through now. However, I am GRATEFUL for life and the quality people that surround me. I never let my disabilities define me, but sometimes my #vasovagalsyncope gets the worst of me. As I reminisce on my past Cinco de Mayos, I cherish my moments with friends and family. Regardless of what I was going through, even with my 2nd surgery on my arm, I made it fun & my family/ friends have made all of those moments worthwhile; a super litty titty time!!! 🔥🔥🔥 . . . I had all intentions of getting stuff done around the house today, but my body decided to nope. I passed out this morning, thankfully able to get to the couch first. I don't even know what could have caused it. Now I can feel a Gastroparesis flare coming on. My stomach hurts bad, I'm SO bloated, and my appetite is gone. I'm currently laying down with a heating pad on my stomach, usually that helps with the discomfort, but it's not right now. Post shower recovery. Actually, post life recovery. I'd been asleep for almost 24 hours, waking up for only a few minutes at a time. The post gynecologist cramps and mild gastroparesis flare had me out. The only thing I ate/drank yesterday was a Kate Farms. That's it. I'm still feeling on the blah side, but I've had a Kate Farms, I'm working on a Vitamin Water, I showered for the first time since Tuesday morning. I have so much to catch up on. So many emails, messages, a couple of Etsy orders, and a couple of Poshmark orders. I'm also hoping to get some time outside before it storms later. #chronicallyill365 Day 214: I have gotten jury duty summons a handful of times since turning 18. I've always gotten disqualified due to medical issues. This current jury summons wanted me for TWO MONTHS. There wasn't even going to be a jury selection. The courthouse is an hour away and honestly, my body wouldn't be able to do it. I'm in another chronic fatigue flare and I would have had to get up at 4:30 every morning and who knows what time my days would end. Plus, what would happen if I had a Gastroparesis flare? Or passed out? Or had a panic attack? Would I be able to keep my emergency medical supplies with me?My primary care realized that jury duty just isn't something I can do, and she decided to request permanent disqualification...and it was granted! #chronicallyill365 Day 150: It's been so long since my shoes have gotten this dirty, or since I've played in the woods. I had an unusually good day. I got lead through the woods by a 4 year old. She helped me up and down the steep parts of the hills, but told me I need to get outside more 😂 I think I'm going to look into getting something to help me hike through the woods, not sure what yet, but something to help with my balance and to help compensate for my left leg. When we got back to the house, I pushed her on the swings for about a half hour, and then we bounced on the trampoline, more like she bounced me. If you need me, I'll be glued to the couch for a few days. I'm already feeling the extra ouch.
