If viewers find this to be anything other than problematic, there is something desperately wrong with their perception. In my opinion, showing such an act, despite being fictional, is a violent act against women in itself.
especially shown like this when it's pointless and just to create controversy (well done. it worked!). I was so stunned when I read comments earlier from girls about how it's not a big deal, it was just a scene, and my absolute personal favourite comment: how americans are such prudes for disliking that scene. yeah right. I understand why people want to go on watching but yes, at least, I wish they would realize it's a problematic scene and wouldn't brush it like it's nothing!
