Little Brambleheart from the house on the hill
The Meeting
On the border between day and night a black shadow appeared. Ink blot in the quiet day.
Two characters of mine - Vaydarm and Valentayn (mostly known as Vayn).
It's not what I planned or something - but Vayn really fits Darm's setting too well. After all, a part of Darm's aesthetics and symbols was born from Vayn's. Sadly I still don't know that much about their relationship.
Sewing the Dragon
Young Darm sewing a dragon costume. He is a visionary, naturally artistic, who creates worlds only with a needle and a thread (and with a lot of time and cloth of course). And he likes to try on different looks. Actually it means for him more than just appearance. Sometimes emotions can be expressed in quite complex forms...
Being honest, Darm's exapism reminds me of myself, but many-many years ago. I didn't it on purpose, it's just as he is.
And I like the dragon's appearance, though it's not entirely accurate.
Bramble Heart
Darm's symbolic plants are roses and bramble, both have thorns. I like the fact that bramble berries are both red and black. Btw, Darm's aesthetic looks a lot like "magical storybook", and telling about him an a "childish fairytale"-manner feels very suitable. He brings something new in my heavy red-and-black realm.
Satisfied and relaxing.
Darm and his lonely autumn walk.
And Darm has an another walk. Seems he doesn't enjoy it this time.
Actually I drew this just to show his cloak and feral form (which hasn't any difference). I hope to draw a pattern for his cloak once! At the moment it's a draft.
And he evolved again!
It seems he has occupied my art.
