A room mate? Vee was delighted but also... His last roommate had left the room clean and well but their aura... it seemed to still be in the air. The anger and negativity. Perhaps the fairy was imagining it but he was hiding when the other entered, in his own small fae form, behind the teapot staring at the new person with large yellow eyes.
It irked Chris that he had to share a roommate. The male wasn’t used at all to the various presences of another being within his own personal space--it made him incredibly uncomfortable, considering how much of a lone wolf the male was. His dark eyes scan the room, lips pursed together almost oppressingly as he slowly searched through the space for any sense of emotions that would alert him to another presence. His hand twitched as a pure strain of delight flickered for a moment, too quick to catch and too bright for him to hold on to completely. The emotion itself was so pure it hurt for him to grasp at it, even if it was just tendrils of the flickering emotion. Chris grunted slightly, running a hand through his hair as he shoved his luggage into the room, the bag sparse save for the small amount of dark clothes, a couple of books and a well polished sword encased in its scabbard. Out of all the other items that he had brought--only the sword itself glistened with a pristine sheen, as though it had been cared for meticulously.
“You don’t have to hide, you know. I can sense your emotions.” Chris grumbled, eyes flickering to where the emotion felt the strongest within the room, his skin prickling from the stare behind the teapot. It only takes a split moment for him to shrug and turn, settling himself onto his bed, deftly unpacking his items. The lights were turned down to the lowest possible level of brightness, and Chris sighed comfortably as he felt the familiar darkness wash over his skin comfortably.
