I remember having loads in the US too when I used to travel there for all my work meetings and press launches. It's actually a milk chocolate bar filled with coconut. Am so glad that we can actually have raw vegan versions of this chocolate bar. I tried the one at @alchemybali in Bali and wanted to make my own too since we have so much coconut here in Kuala Lumpur. So yesterday since it was raining and qigong class was cancelled, I quickly tested out making this Bounty Bar. This one is made from freshly grated coconut so there's no preservatives, colouring or additives in the coconut filling. The chocolate shell is made with organic cacao powder and spirulina from @organiculesuperfoods, organic coconut oil and organic agave. Yummy treats without the guilt!
