So im wanting to start a vegan lifestyle i was wondering what brands of foods i should buy and a link to some easy begginer recipes. Also if im not asking for too much i would just like some tips on becoming vegan if you wouldnt mind. Thank you!!

hey there :) congrats on your decision!! check out my vegan shopping list to get you started, and here’s a post i made containing meal ideas! also, spend some time educating yourself (watch documentaries: Earthlings, Food Inc, Cowspiracy, Vegucated, Forks Over Knives, Speciesism) and do a lot of research into the reality of animal agriculture - maybe give Skinny Bitch a read, it’s so informative (especially if you live in the US) wishing you the best!! <3 xxx
