There is a lot to unpack in this picture. Imagine Vegan in Memphis @imaginevegancafe was the first place I tasted a full vegan meal. They have helped HHK during the beginning, they let me sell my jams and jellies in their restaurant and they are the nicest people and the food is AMAZING!! The picture right below their logo is the meal my friend purchased who is the same person drooling over my Chikn sandwich plate 😂. Elijah is the person that suggested and pushed me to change my diet and lifestyle. He convinced by telling me “the meal is on me”. I actually ordered the Big Smack and chili cheese fries. That cheese really convinced me that I can change my diet from meat and vegetarian to vegan. The picture of the food at the bottom was the first vegan meal I made. It was my Chikn 1.0 with Mac n cheese and salad. I was so proud 😁.
