Before we got the instruction to stay home, I picked up a pack of vegan black pudding. It's something I've missed ever since I went veggie (I'm weird, I could take or leave steak but offal was my jam) so I was very excited when I found it. My plan was to do a vegan full Scottish but then the apocalypse happened and I veggie sausages are rarer than pasta. Thankfully the corner shop still had tattie scones and beans so this is the closest I'm gunna get for now.
