Scrambled Tofu never gets boring. At least for @yoli.dawson and me😛 I especially love it served with fresh toast and tons of fresh greens and veggies! I hope you will like @yoli.dawson’s very easy & simple recipe!🙋🏻♀️😋 Make sure to use get your hands on some Kala Namak black salt. This will make your scrambled tofu taste like eggs! I love it! Recipe: 250 g tofu 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Kala Namak black salt freshly ground pepper garlic powder a bit of plant milk 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast Fresh Veggies: fried mushrooms, fresh greens, fresh herbs, tamatoes, sprouts Whole-grain toast bread Drain or press your tofu. Then using either your hands or a fork, crumble it slightly to get the consistency you like for your scrambled tofu. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Preheat a skillet or frying pan (with a little oil if necessary) and simmer / brown the scrambled eggs over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add more milk and spices if needed. Serve on freshly toasted bread!
