✨Buckwheat porridge✨
for 1 serving:
½ cup of whole buckwheat groats
1 cup of plantmilk
½ mashed banana
1-2 tsp of cinnamon
How to:
Rinse the groats and then put them in a medium-sized sauce pot set over medium-high heat. Roast the groats, stirring them so they don’t stick to the bottom of the pot, until toasty-smelling - about 2-3 minutes. Add the plant milk, the banana and the cinnamon and bring to a gentle simmer. Cover the pot and simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed, but the consistency is still loose. It should take about 15-18 minutes to cook completely. Then top with anything you like, serve and enjoy! :)
