Pea soup obsession going on here! I never liked it when I was growing up probably because my Mom never salted anything, but now I love it! This is a mix from @honeybaked_ham, I worked there in high school and college and I love their soup mixes. I made it vegan by sautéing the veggies in olive oil, added fresh garlic and used vegetable stock.
