She wakes up every morning trying to answer the question: how does one make raw vegan food yummy and sets out to achieve it. She has been dedicating her time to helping people all over Asia make beautiful, delicious raw vegan food and has been seen conducting fun sessions in Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Petaling Jaya. Az Samad (also known as Mr Jazz Guitarist) is a passionate educator, international jazz musician, composer and somewhat closet vegan. An avid film buff, he turned vegan after watching the documentary “What The Health” and speaking to the filmmaker Kip Andersen at the Bali Vegan Festival 2017. A 3-time TEDx presenter, this will be Az’s first appearance as a vegan spokesperson. Together, they’re known as The Raw & Jazzy Couple - encouraging and inspiring others to consider living a plant-based lifestyle.
