Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, almond flour, and coconut flour in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well. Add vegan chocolate chips, marshmallows that have been chopped up, and gluten-free graham crackers that have been crushed. Using a cookie scoop, make balls out of the dough and put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Use the palm of your hand to gently press down on each cookie.
