I’ve recently watched a lot of videos about how animals are killed before we humans finally put them on the table. I’ve never seen more ridiculous and ruthless thing before.Thank god it’s not too late for me to choose to become a vegetarian.Since in my country it’s not popular and i simply cannot find something practical for me to be a vegan so can some cute guy tell me how to be a vegan?that would be very helpful:)

Covent Garden Guide For Vegans
Dishoom
A homage to an Irani café, Dishoom sits perfectly in London with its pendant lights. Like most places vegan specific food is not listed on the menu, but instead of reading ALL of the small print, simply ask your server for the dairy free menu. Although this will still contain some of the meat dishes, it does help with the deciphering of half the menu. Look out for the (V) dishes on the dairy free menu and you’re a step closer to understanding what you can and can’t eat.
The Gunpowder potatoes can be made dairy free if you ask your sever. we recommend trying the Chole Bhatura .
Although not a place to go if you want all the options in the world, Dishoom is always a consideration when trying to choose somewhere to dine for omni/vegetarian/vegan friends in one go.

Sticks 'n' Sushi
An impressive place to take friends, Sticks’n’Sushi is perfect for a special occasion. Vegetarians/vegans are not left out even when giant plates of omni food are being carried around. Servers are knowledgeable and if you state that you’re vegan they will point out if your vegetable option if 100% vegan.
The menu is laid out in full colour with pictures, which can feel a little like you’re reading a children’s book. But with a diet that removes a lot of the things they serve, it’s nice to be able to see what will be arriving at your table, which helps with the understanding that you are ordering vegan.
It’s a beautiful fusion of Danish design and Japanese food and for what you’re getting, it’s all priced reasonably as well.
We recommend eating out with a few friends and choosing from all over the menu.

Lola's Cupcakes Covent Garden
Lola's cupcakes don't just offer cupcakes, for a special occasion why not order one of their round cakes, with plenty of flavours to choose from! Coconut and Passion fruit, Chocolate, Pistachio, and cherry. But if you're in the covent garden area pop by to see what single cupcakes the have on offer. Our favourite is the Lemon and raspberry.

Sagar
Beyond vegan friendly, Sagar makes its menu easy and labels everything thats vegan for you. If you don't fancy eating around other people consuming meat, or just want to show some friends just how great veg can be, Sagar has you sorted.
The only down side is that after eyeing up such a vegan heavy menu, the only dessert safe for vegans is the mango sorbet.
We recommend the Masala Dosa, Potato Bonda and Medu Vada.

Vegetarians and Vegans
Does anyone have advice for maintaining an appropriate and healthy protein intake when going vegetarian? I am open to all advice regarding how to have a well versed diet as I eat far to many carbs.
Today has been such a wave of different emotions so much is happening and I have so many new obstacles to overcome. I decided to open the nakd posh bites that's been in my snack box for some time and go for a little walk in the sunshine. 🌻
