Tip for quarantine food: if you have leftover vegetables, mix them in with a batter of 2-3 large eggs, 2-4 tbsp of flour and 2-4 tbsp of water and fry it up. I made this for lunch, containing cabbage, carrot, spring onion, asparagus and sugarsnap peas that we'd eaten with some pork meatballs the day before (dressed with garlic, hot sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt & pepper and gochugaru). You can make pancakes out of a whole lot of foods and they're delicious, and they're easy and pretty quick to make. I previously uploaded a recipe for seafood pancakes that you can check out here.
Okonomiyaki
This is not a traditional Japanese okonomiyaki, but it’s the version my mom made for my family when I was a kid and I cook for myself as an adult.
