I got a new cookbook called Vegetable Simple by Eric Ripert. He's one of the best chefs in the country. This book is filled with delicious, easy recipes that can be used to elevate any meal. Today, I tried my first recipe from his book, roasted portobello mushrooms. It's a great side dish, but it can also take the place of meat in your meal. The first picture is his mushroom and the second one is mine. It came out great. Very, very tasty. I can't wait to try more of his recipes!! 😋😋😋😍 I included the recipe in case anyone wanted to check it out. It takes 15 minutes from start to finish. It's well worth the time.
