Not liking veggies could be because of how they’re cooked and seasoned? It’s helpful if they’re in some kind of sauce, like curry and things like that. It’s easier to be vegetarian if you don’t try to go like raw veg or something like that. Also, you can do it in stages and be pescatarian maybe if you like seafood? Also try veggies you haven’t had before. Not-green veggies are good like potatoes, beans, chickpeas. Also. Every fruit also exists
I LOVE fruit but also they’re like nature’s candy and while they’re more healthy for u than candy obvs they aren’t the healthiest… :(. and yeah I rly like seafood and I live in LA so that makes it nice n everything… so yeah I’ll probs do that.
